1. General Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to all services, games, betting options, and promotional offers on the Jeeta Win platform ("Platform"). 2. Account Registration & Usage

To open an account at Jeeta Win, the following requirements must be met. Providing accurate and complete information at registration is mandatory. Jeeta Win reserves the right to suspend any account found to have submitted false information.

Key Registration Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being cancelled and any balance being forfeited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be valid and active.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.

Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through the account, whether authorized or not.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation (KYC)

Jeeta Win is a responsible betting platform committed to ensuring that only adults use our services. The following KYC (Know Your Customer) process is in place to uphold this.

Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete. If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account and all associated transactions will be cancelled.

• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day

Jeeta Win reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error due to a technical fault. Users will be notified in such cases.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Policy:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on a bonus have been met.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonuses.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or use them across multiple accounts may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• Jeeta Win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and virtual sports on Jeeta Win.

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jeeta Win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Placing multiple bets on different outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

Live Casino:

• All game outcomes are completely random and independently verified.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on our servers.
• No decision may be reversed outside of the applicable game rules.

7. Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Jeeta Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated
• If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or cheating is found
• Providing false KYC information
• If evidence of bonus abuse or scheming is found
• If there is reason to believe the account may cause harm to others

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before closure. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are treated with the highest priority.

10. Dispute Resolution Process

3. Step Three: If a dispute remains unresolved, neutral third-party mediation is available.

11. Terms & Conditions Update Policy

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
